Liquidity Removal Rewards

Once a project is in an unhealthy state, it becomes eligible for liquidity removal. Removal can be done by anyone and the user will be rewarded with $esEMBR tokens. The base reward starts at 250 $esEMBR and will increase by 250 per hour.
